The Miami Heat have acquired a variety of power forwards throughout their history. Some spent their entire careers there, while others had brief stints.
Two of the most prominent are Chris Bosh and Udonis Haslem, but Amar’e Stoudemire and Antoine Walker certainly deserve to be mentioned in this debate.
Bosh was most popular during his time on the Heat because of the Big Three with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. However, his most impressive seasons arguably came before he joined Miami with the Toronto Raptors. In his best year, Bosh averaged 24.0 points and 10.8 rebounds on 51.8 percent shooting from the field. He won two championships alongside James and Wade in 2012 and 2013.
Haslem is quite different from most players in the new era, having spent all 20 years with the same organization. Although he was never an All-Star caliber player, his name belongs on this list due to his leadership and impact on the city. Haslem was a three-time champion brought in alongside Wade in 2003.
Stoudemire was known for his time with the Phoenix Suns, where he was a five-time All-Star. He also had multiple solid seasons with the New York Knicks, averaging 25.3 points in his best year. He wrapped up his career by playing 52 games for the Heat.
