BBC Confirmed: what mo salah just posted on instagram keep jurgen klopp on his toes…..

The Saudi Arabia transfer window is set to slam shut on Thursday evening and there probably isn’t going to be a more relieved set of fans than Liverpool’s.

Despite Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad trying to knock the door down for Mo Salah, it seems as though he is now going to stay put at Anfield this summer – Ian Wright found it all ‘disrespectful’.

Well, as those rumours swirl on Thursday, the player himself seems to be relaxing at home and watching ‘Vikings’, as he posted via his Instagram story.

So, Liverpool fans shouldn’t worry too much because, unless he is boarding a flight somewhere right now to the Middle East, then they will be pleased to know he is sitting at home just enjoying some TV and getting some well-earned rest after helping the Reds beat Aston Villa on Sunday.

The 31-year-old staying is big news, not just for Liverpool fans, but Jurgen Klopp also and his quest to get the club back on track – Ben Jacobs posted about Salah’s future today on Twitter.

After missing out on Champions League football last time out, they want to make a return to the big time and even possibly challenge for the title again, and in order to do that, you need one of the Premier League’s best players running down the right wing.

Is this Mo Salah’s final season as a Liverpool player?

Given how well Salah is liked in the Arab world and how he is seen as a hero-like figure, then you just know that he will be leaving Liverpool sooner rather than later.

Even if fans want him to stay on board beyond next summer, at the end of the day, if big money is put on the table in 2024, then they have to accept and move on.

And this time, Liverpool will probably be more prepared because they are going to see it coming, unlike Al-Ittihad’s late call to push for him now.
