Werder Bremen midfielder Ilia Gruev has been spotted at Elland Road ahead of finalising his move to Leeds United before the deadline strikes.
Archie Wade has shared the image on his personal Twitter account, with the Bulgarian arriving in a black van taxi, as many new signings typically do.
Gruev was poised for his medical on Thursday 31 August [Phil Hay] with a fee of around £5million agreed to sign the holding midfielder.
It looks as though the revolving doors at Elland Road will not be stopping much in the next 24 hours, with plenty of deals to be finalised and announced.
Daniel Farke will know Gruev from his time in the Bundesliga and likely have pushed to bring him in, and it looks as though he has gotten his wish very quickly.
Things tend to pick up pace in the final 48 hours of the window and with Rangers star Glen Kamara also set to sign on the dotted line, our midfield is set to be strengthened massively.
With Ethan Ampadu and Archie Gray pretty much playing every last minute in all competitions so far, it is vital that these two deals are signed off with no hiccups.
Getting Gruev to Elland Road will be a sign that he has finished his medical at Thorp Arch, and only has the media duties left to complete before this one is announced.
