TalkSPORT pundit Jamie O’Hara has raved about Tottenham Hotspur central defender Micky van de Ven.
The former Tottenham Hotspur player has said on talkSPORT (6:19pm, September 2, 2023) that Micky van de Ven has been a brilliant signing for Spurs.
O’Hara has been hugely impressed by how the 22-year-old centre-back has done for Spurs so far this season.
The talkSPORT pundit made the comments about Van de Ven after Tottenham’s win against Burnley away from home at Turf Moor in the Premier League on Saturday.
Van de Ven has made four appearances in the Premier League for Spurs this season.

The 22-year-old Dutchman has also played once in the EFL Cup.
The youngster moved to Tottenham from Wolfsburg in the summer transfer window for an initial fee of £34.5 million (Sky Sports).
O’Hara said: “Van de Ven, what has a signing he has been. Come from nowhere, rapid, good on the ball, balance with the left-sider.”
We believe that Micky van de Ven has been superb for Tottenham Hotspur so far this season.
The defender has hit the ground running at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and seems to have taken to the Premier League like a duck to water.
Of course, it is still early days, but the signs are very promising indeed.
The Dutchman is good on the ball, makes the right decisions in defence, makes the right challenges at the right time, and does not panic under pressure.
We believe that Spurs have signed a gem in Van de Ven.
