Roma have agreed a deal to bring in Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen on a season long loan deal.
The 26 year old Danish international joins his Leeds colleague Diego Llorente in making the temporary switch to the Stadio Olimpico this summer. Kristensen made 30 appearances in all competitions last year for the Elland Road side who were relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season.
The right back will provide competition for the likes of Rick Karsdorp and Nicola , who played on the on the right hand side of the field for Roma last term.
Once the deal is finalised, Kristensen will become Jose Mourinho’s side’s fourth summer signing following the arrivals of the aforementioned Llorente, Evan N’Dicka and Houssem Aouar. The Giallorossi remain keen on making more additions to the side, as they look to sign a striker. Gianluca Scamacca and Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Morata have both been linked with a move to the Roman outfit.
