Szoboszlai has a £60 million release clause in his contract (Sky Sports). Liverpool were heavily linked back in 2020, a few months before a player some have labelled Hungary’s most talented footballer since the legendary Ferenc Puskas swapped Salzburg for their German-based sister club Leipzig. meanwhile, have a track record when it comes to raiding Red Bull. Sadio Mane, Naby Keita, Ibrahima Konate and Takumi Minamino all moved to Anfield after spells at Leizpig or Salzburg respectively
