Man Utd to make move for Phillips.

According to report Dutch boss Erik ten Haag has green-lighted the move and is convinced he can get the best out of the England star who has struggled to make an impact at Man City.
It’s suggested a big of around £35m will be tabled – £10m less than Man City pad Leeds last summer.
Phillips has had fitness and form issues throughout a difficult first campaign at the champions.
Real Madrid accept Liverpool’s £77m offer
Real Madrid have accepted a second bid of £77m from Liverpool for midfielder Federico Valverde, according to reports.
President Florentino Perez is said to have given the green light after the English club upped their offer significantly in the past 24 hours.
That’s according to Nacional, who say Valverde could be the ‘sacrifice’ necessary to provide Real Madrid the funds to go after Kylian Mbappe this summer.
The Spanish giants have also signed England midfielder Jude Bellingham this summer.
Harry Kane bid submitted
Bayern Munich have submitted a €70m bid for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, The Athletic report.
The England captain has just one year left on his deal in north London and is open to an exit.It is expected that Bayern’s bid will be swiftly rejected, ensuring Manchester United remain in the race for Kane, who could prefer a switch to Old Trafford with the Premier League goal record in his sights.
Arsenal make Rice contingency plan
Arsenal are planning to make a move for highly-rated French midfielder Youssouf Fofana should they fail to sign top target Declan Rice from West Ham. Fofana, 24, starred for Monaco last season and represented France at the World Cup in a show of his increasing pedigree.
With West Ham demanding at least £100m for Rice, the Gunners are sifting through backup targets and Fofana has emerged as one. According to L’Equipe, Arsenal would be battling Newcastle for the 24-year-old’s sough-after services. Curiously, West Ham are also interested, as even if Rice doesn’t join the Gunners, he could still sign for the likes of Manchester City, rivals United or Chelsea.
