That does not imply, however, that they will not be able to sign any significant parts of their 2024 puzzle. Would. Dalvin Cook, for example, is a “low-risk/high-reward” investor. or receive no compensation at all?

Some names like A.J. Dillon and JK Dobbins are still available, but the best players on the market like Saquon Barkley, Josh Jacobs, and Austin Ekeler have found homes elsewhere. Cook, the former All-Pro player for the Vikings, appeared to be running out of gas with the Jets last season.
Could the Cowboys sign any of those players and acquire a top-notch running back at a cost that works for the team?
