Amid links to Pitso Mosimane, Benni McCarthy, Jose Peseiro and others, recent reports now position Rui Vitoria as the leading candidate over Spain’s Raul Caneda for the Chiefs role.
You know things at this stage things are changing regarding the issue of the coach as there are consultations going on between the technical team and the management and that is why now the Portuguese coach (Rui Vitoria) is the one on the top of the list,” the first source told Soccer Laduma’s Siya Crew.
“They have looked at what he has achieved and how his team play. They believe if given a chance, he could change the fortunes of the club. So as we speak now, he stands a better chance than the Spanish coach Raul Caneda. That’s how things are now,” the first source concluded.
