Liverpool have now reached an agreement with Southampton to sign Romeo Lavia this summer.
That is according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
Tavolieri reported on Twitter last night that Liverpool have agreed a £50million deal to sign Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia.
He added that Liverpool have moved to jump ahead of Liverpool in the race to sign Lavia, but it’s not totally unrealistic that the latter could return with a fresh move of their own.
On top of that, journalist Ben Jacobs has said on Twitter that Liverpool have already agreed personal terms with the Southampton midfielder.
As we’ve seen with the Moises Caicedo transfer saga this week, agreeing a deal for a transfer target doesn’t necessarily guarantee he joins your club.
