Ryan Jack may have stolen Jude Bellingham’s now-famous goal celebration against Dundee, but the Real Madrid great was not amused.
Jack scored his second Rangers goal of the season at Dens Park, due to a howler from goalkeeper Trevor Carson, but they all count. That was Jack’s opinion as he drank up the ovation from the visiting fans with his arms out in a motion reminiscent of England cap Bellingham’s now-weekly celebration.
And the 20-year-old wonderkid noticed the joy on social media as Jack posted a picture of himself rejoicing on Instagram, with Bellingham adding a like as a discreet gesture of approval.
Bellingham is familiar with the Ibrox club, having played against them in Glasgow in recent seasons with Borussia Dortmund. He was on the losing end of a Europa League encounter before he and his England colleagues were given free range of Auchenhowie to prepare for their September clash with Scotland, in which he scored.
