The injury report for Tuesday’s showcase between the Miami Heat and Charlotte Hornets

The Miami Heat (6-4) are facing off against the Charlotte Hornets (3-6) on Tuesday.

Miami has won five consecutive games behind superstar performances from big man Bam Adebayo. Meanwhile, Charlotte is coming off a 22-point loss to the New York Knicks on Sunday.

Kevin Love: Available – Left Shoulder; Contusion

Dru Smith: Available – Right Ac Joint; Sprain

HORNETS

James Bouknight: Out – Left Knee; Surgery

Miles Bridges: Out – League Suspension

Gordon Hayward: Probable – Right Hamstring; Strain

Cody Martin: Out – Left Knee; Injury Recovery

Brandon Miller: Probable – Left Ankle; Sprain

Frank Ntilikina: Out – Left Tibia; Nondisplaced fracture

Terry Rozier: Out – Left Groin; Strain

Veteran Kyle Lowry is returning to the lineup after resting in the Heat’s victory over the San Antonio Spurs. He recorded a near triple double performance against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Heat should continue starting Duncan Robinson in place of the injured Herro. Robinson recorded 26 points, five rebounds, and four assists on 50 percent shooting against San Antonio.

Martin’s return date is uncertain, but his role on the team is undecided as of now. Forwards Robinson, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Haywood Highsmith are thriving for the Heat.
