Coventry City are taking a look at defender Zamar Ayomide Sanusi on trial, as per a report by AllNigerianSoccer.
Coventry City are keeping tabs on the free agent as they weigh up a potential contract offer ahead of the start of the new season.
Sanusi, 19, is available having last played for the Juvenil team of Barcelona Academy in Lagos, Nigeria, and is now weighing up his options in England.
AllNigerianSoccer claim the Sky Blues will play him in their pre-season friendly clash against non-league outfit Nuneaton Borough on Tuesday evening and the player will be eager to impress. The report also suggests that Ifeoluwa Oni has also been looked at by Mark Robins’ side and they have a decision to make about his situation.

Coventry could see Sanusi as a useful long-term addition as they plot more reinforcements to their squad. If the teenager is offered a deal, it is more likely that he would be playing in their development squad initially with a view to breaking into the first-team down the line.
He has been trained with Barcelona meaning he will have been taught their style of play and passing out from the back from a young age.
The Sky Blues lost in the play-off final on penalties to Luton Town last term at Wembley and will be aiming to bounce back with promotion to the Premier League in the upcoming campaign.
First up for them is a tricky away trip to the King Power Stadium this Sunday to lock horns with newly relegated Leicester City, before a Carabao Cup clash against League Two side AFC Wimbledon away next Tuesday.
Coventry have delved into the market this summer to bring in the likes of Ellis Simms, Bobby Thomas and Jay Dasilva, with Sanusi the latest player to be linked.
