Just Now: Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, declare his team can still win the Super Bowl: “I wouldn’t trade our current position for a better one today.

Despite the Dallas Cowboys’ two-week run of consecutive losses, owner Jerry Jones is confident his team can win the Super Bowl this year.

Jones stated to 105.3 The Fan in Dallas, “I wouldn’t trade our position for a better one today— and it has everything to do with how healthy we are in key spots.”

“We’re in as good of a shape as we’ve been in many years, for this team to go on a good-game run and win this thing,” Jones said in reference to his team’s readiness to win a football game.

And for this time of year, that says a lot. Many people are unable to say that. However, if we tidy up a few things, our team could be much better.

Since 1995, when the team last won the Super Bowl, the Cowboys have not advanced to a conference championship game.

Dallas is 3-4 overall against teams that are currently in playoff positions after losing to the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins in the previous two weeks.

The 4-11 Washington Commanders are the lowly rival of the Cowboys, so games against them bookend an arduous home stretch schedule.

On Saturday, Dallas plays the Detroit Lions in its final regular-season game against a potential playoff opponent.
