Premier League side Liverpool have made their opening offer to sign Celta Vigo midfielder Gabri Veiga, according to reports.
The Reds have already sealed deals for Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai from Brighton and RB Leipzig respectively with Jurgen Klopp looking to improve on last season’s fifth-placed finish in the Premier League.

It’s all change as James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita left the club on free transfers at the end of June, while the unexpected departures of Fabinho and Jordan Henderson to Saudi Arabia have left Liverpool needing a couple more midfielders.
Romeo Lavia appears to be their main target with Southampton rejecting the Reds ‘improved’ second bid for the Belgium international earlier this week, while Manchester United are also now reportedly interested.
