Nottingham forest has made another summer signing by completing a deal for Wolverhampton Wanderers youngster Harvey Owen.
The Reds, who have already secured two signings for their first team this summer, have now sealed a move for the highly-rated youngster. Owen, who is just 14 years old, confirmed the move on his Instagram account.
He said: “Bit late but very happy to sign for Nottingham forest can’t wait to get started. Thank you to everybody who has helped me to get where I am today and just wanna say big thank you to @wolves who have supported me throughout my career.”
The transfer fee for Owen’s move to Nottingham forest is reported by The Secret Scout to be just over $1m (£800,000.) The club was willing to pay more than the compensation determined by a tribunal in order to secure his services, as there was significant competition for his signature.
