Juventus attacker Federico Chiesa has remained coy on his future amid reports linking him with a move to Liverpool.
There are suggestions in Italy that the former Fiorentina forward is a target of the Reds with Jurgen Klopp setting his sights on the Italian national team star. Further reports have accelerated the speculation with murmurs that Massimiliano Allegri’s side are looking to sell the 25-year-old.
Juventus were deducted points in Serie A last season following a probe into the club’s past transfer dealings. The 15-point deduction saw them slump to midtable during a chaotic campaign in the Italian top-flight, that saw the initial docked points suspended before they were reinstated seeing them finish in the UEFA Conference League places
Reports suggested that the Genoa-born forward would accept a move to the Premier League but following his role in securing a third-place finish in the UEFA Nations League, Chiesa wasn’t giving much away.
