Kaizer Chiefs decided to reach an agreement on a two-year contract with the forgotten Bafana Bafana forward.
26-year-old winger Luther Singh has been unattached since the start of 2024 after being released by FK Cukaricki. According to KickOff.com Chiefs have opened talks to bring him to Naturena. He made just 14 appearances for the Serbian outfit with four of those coming in the Europa Conference League. Singh has had stints in Portugal, Denmark and Sweden, but never settled for long with one team. He made his Bafana Bafana debut in March 2017 and appeared 13 times for South Africa. The most recent appearance came in World Cup qualifying in 2021 against Zimbabwe.

ORLANDO PIRATES WERE INTERESTED
Both Chiefs and Pirates were reportedly monitoring the situation of Singh last month, according to Soccer-Laduma.
“Ok. Yes there’s been contact from Europe, Sweden, Norway, the MLS League and the Saudi League. Several African giants have made contact including a Soweto team (either Chiefs or Pirates) in South Africa. We have also received an offer from an Egyptian team but we declined it. All options on the table will be looked at. We need to make the best decision for Luther’s (Singh) future.” said the source.
PITSO’S WIFE AND AGENT SPOTTED AT NATURENA?
These are unconfirmed rumours, but they have cropped up in a few places. The first place we saw them was in the comments section of a post by Football SA. Moira Tlhagale, wife and agent of Pitso Mosimane, could easily have been negotiating a deal at Naturena. Then again, she could have easily been there for an informal visit with no strings or contractual implications attached.
