Liverpool Euro rivals round-up: Kylian Mbappé has reportedly made a huge salary demand, while a $109m move means Man City looks set to break a transfer record
Liverpool has completed its second signing of the summer, but the work is far from done for Jürgen Klopp with more additions needed during the current window.
The Reds confirmed the transfer of Dominik Szoboszlai on Sunday, with the midfielder completing a $76m (£60m/€70m) move from RB Leipzig as he signed a five-year deal at Anfield.
The Hungary international becomes the second piece of Klopp’s summer rebuild, with Alexis Mac Allister having also arrived last month, but the Liverpool boss still needs more additions to fix the problems that arose last season.
With the window now open across much of Europe though, there will be plenty of players on the move, and Manchester City looks as though it’s about to make its mark.

According to Marca, Mbappé would request the package from any club that comes in for him this summer, having indicated last month that he won’t sign a contract extension in Paris.
