News Report: Bennett finally sanction transfer agreement after what 100% Rangers man did v Hibernian…..

On-loan Rangers forward Abdallah Sima is currently enjoying the best form of his career after another double against Hibernian which could force chairman John Bennett into a January transfer decision.

The Gers kicked off Philippe Clement’s new reign at Ibrox in perfect fashion after a rampant 4-0 win over The Hibees on Saturday (21 October) at Ibrox.

Two stunning Sima finishes on either side of a fine strike from Nicolas Raskin and a late Cyriel Dessers effort sent the Gers on their way to an impressive first win under their new boss.

The result took Rangers four points clear of Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership but the Bhoys pulled seven points clear again after their Sunday win over Hearts (22 October).

The Hibernian clash will have given Clement ample opportunity to properly run the rule over his squad ahead of what will be a crucial run of games to come both in Europe and domestically.

And one man who is sure to be at the forefront of Clement’s thinking and plans in the coming weeks is Brighton loanee Sima who impressively bagged his eighth and ninth goals of a spectacular campaign so far.

The Brighton loanee has been a consistent source of goals for Rangers and his tally of nine so far this season ranks him as the club’s top scorer so far, meaning he is certainly now Clement’s go-to man in attack.

While the likes of Dessers, Sam Lammers and Danilo have grabbed the headlines for their lack of goals since their summer moves, Sima has somewhat flown under the radar and Beale certainly got one decision right before his sacking.

Against Hibernian, Sima was at his outstanding best, winning 100% of his aerial duels, winning a whopping 11 of his ground duels, successfully completing four dribbles and registering an impressive six tackles

The 22-year-old’s speed, dynamism, aggression and cutting-edge in the final now make him a crucial and undroppable commodity in Clement’s team.

It remains to be seen whether the former Monaco manager will have the resources to strengthen in the January transfer window.

Rangers Review journalist Chris Jack reported on 14 October that Clement may not have the required funds to strengthen the squad in the January transfer window, but that chairman Bennett will do all he can to make sure funds are available.

However, Clement is required to make the most of what he has available to him, and that task will be made pretty easy if Sima continues in this vein of form.

And should it continue, it certainly won’t be long before Bennett sits down with the Belgian coach to sanction a permanent transfer of the Brighton loanee.
