Byron thinks it would be preferable for Portland fans to search for the silver lining by hoping for Lillard to win a championship with his new team rather than torching their No. 0 shirts. Of course, it’s a great disappointment for Portland fans to watch their franchise star go after 11 seasons.
“I think they shouldn’t be as worried about Damian joining the Bucks,” said one fan. “They won a championship a couple years ago, and they got one of the best players in the league, in the Greek Freak, as I call him.
