Leeds United substitute Wilfried Gnonto escaped a booking when entering the field against Huddersfield Town, according to Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Joe Donnohue.
The winger ran onto the pitch in the 31st minute to celebrate his club’s second goal of the afternoon on Saturday (28 October).
The Whites ran out 4-1 winners at Elland Road thanks to doubles from Crysencio Summerville and Daniel James, with Michal Helik scoring for the visitors.
A caution would have definitely annoyed his manager, with Daniel Farke enjoying one of his best days as Leeds manager so far.
The hosts ran riot at Elland Road, with Gnonto’s fellow wingers Summerville and James really enjoying themselves out wide.
They impressed individually, but it was an impressive team display in general, with the defence also winning their battles at the back, although they will be disappointed to have conceded a goal.
The top displays at both ends of the pitch could not have come at a better time, with Leeds taking on runaway league leaders Leicester City up next.
The Whites travel to the King Power Stadium on Friday (3 November) for the highly-anticipated Championship clash, with Gnonto set to find it hard to start once more given the form of Summerville and James.
