Kenny Miller has urged Philippe Clement to hang his hat on Nico Raskin, Tom Lawrence, Todd Cantwell, Kemar Roofe and Danilo to turn Rangers into the attacking team he wants to see.
The former Ibrox star admits he was impressed by the changes made in the space of a couple of days but he still needs to be convinced that the summer signings can be successes at Rangers in the long run. Cyriel Dessers grabbed himself a goal in the 4-0 win over Hibs and was unlucky not to have another, while Abdallah Sima did grab a double in the comfortable victory as he continued his excellent season.
But it’s four players who have been here since at least last season plus Danilo that Miller believes will be key to changes at Ibrox under Clement as he tries to implement his strategy. He also wants to see James Tavernier and Connor Goldson return to their best but he feels that the likes of Lawre,ce Cantwell, Raskin, Roofe and Danilo staying fit will be vital for the club moving forward.
