The mounting frustration that has been building throughout the season may have finally reached its breaking point for the Washington Commanders and defensive tackle Jonathan Allen. The 2023 season hit another low for the Commanders after they lost 14-7 to the New York Giants. For Allen, the disappointing loss – a fourth in five outings – is nothing new from his tenure with the Commanders. “(Bleep) yes it does,” Allen said after the game when asked if it’s gotten frustrating for him. “I’m (bleeping) tired of this (bleep). The 14-point deficit felt insurmountable with how the Commanders offense played. Howell completed 5 of 14 passes for 60 yards and an interception. Howell wasn’t helped any by an offensive line that resembled that of a turnstile, as he was sacked five times and under constant duress throughout the game. “They whooped our (bleep),” Allen said. “Plain and simple.
