Juventus players demanded a red card for Sassuolo star Domenico Berardi following a studs-up tackle in the second half.
Berardi was probably lucky to get away with a yellow card for a harsh foul on Juventus defender Bremer halfway in the second half at the Mapei Stadium in a Serie A clash between Sassuolo and the Old Lady.
The Italy international had already scored a goal for the Neroverdi who were 2-1 up when the foul was made.
Referee Andrea Colombo showed Berardi a yellow card and VAR didn’t suggest an on-field review, while Juventus fans have been complaining on social media.
Juventus is reportedly intensifying their interest in Khephren Thuram and is planning to secure his signature in the upcoming January transfer window. The midfielder has been a target of Juventus for several months, and the club is gearing up to bolster their midfield options during the next transfer window.
