LeBron James, the star of the Los Angeles Lakers, is facing backlash from fans on social media.
James objected to a social media aggregator article that stated ESPN was no longer projecting his son Bronny James’s selection position in 2024. Rather, they anticipate that he will participate in the 2025 draft process.
James received backlash after deleting the tweet, despite his intense passion.
James wrote on February 26 on X, formerly Twitter, “Can you all please just let the kid be a kid and enjoy college basketball?” The message has since been removed. Whatever he chooses to do, in the end, the work and the outcomes will speak for itself. You guys may be unaware that he simply WORKS, regardless of what a mock draft says!

One fan wrote, “No way LeBron actually deleted a tweet after the reaction lol.”
James also spoke out in favour of other young sportsmen who face the same kind of scrutiny as his kid. Nevertheless, James was attacked by fans, with some even claiming that nepotism had preserved the younger James.
Another fan said, “Lebron deleted that tweet about Bronny lmfaooooooo nah no f****** way.”
“Lebron just deleted this tweet after tweeting it, lol. At least he saw through the duplicity. Another admirer remarked, “He’s such a corny man.”
