In January, there were rumors that Leeds United were interested in AFC Wimbledon striker Ali Al-Hamadi. However, Jackson assured the South London Press that he is not under any pressure to sell the player.
Ever since Al-Hamadi joined Jackson’s League Two team, he has drawn attention. Despite having only joined Wimbledon in January, the 21-year-old made an immediate impact. For them last season, he scored 10 goals in 19 games.
Al-Hamadi, an Iraqi international seven times, has maintained his form heading into Wimbledon. On Saturday, he scored his fifth goal of the year to help Wimbledon pull off an incredible FA Cup victory.
They did, in fact, thrash League One team Cheltenham Town 5-1. With this goal, Al-Hamadi’s total for the 17 games this season is at five goals and five assists. That has drew our attention.
Journalist Edmund Brack of the South London Press said last week that Leeds was keeping a watch on Al-Hamadi. Four other Championship clubs, according to Darren Witcoop of The Mirror, want him. He will be more than £1 million.

Prior to the January transfer window, Hull City, Cardiff City, Stoke City, and Bristol City were also interested in signing the forward. His Wimbledon contract is set to expire in the summer of 2025. They’ll desire to hold onto him.
When questioned about Leeds and other teams’ interest in Al-Hamadi, Jackson gave a somewhat noncommittal caution. Nothing has changed, he claims, and Al-Hamadi is concentrated on Wimbledon.
