NFL free agency live tracker for 2024 updated approved trades, signings, and rumors

The NFL’s free agency market is still active. As of Wednesday, when the new league year officially began at 4 p.m. ET, players could be officially signed by new teams. Teams have been entitled to negotiate with free agents since Monday.

Numerous one-year deals, one-year extensions, and multiyear signings have been made. Notable examples include the $180 million contract that quarterback Kirk Cousins signed with Atlanta, the $100 million extension that quarterback Baker Mayfield received to remain in Tampa Bay, and the $110 million contract that defensive tackle Christian Wilkins received to play in Las Vegas.

A few transactions have also occurred, such as the Bears sending quarterback Justin Fields to Pittsburgh, the Steelers trading quarterback Kenny Pickett to the Seahawks, and the Seahawks acquiring quarterback Sam Howell.
