REAL DEAL : Liverpool eye unbelievable Premier League star to replace Mohamed Salah…

Liverpool have reportedly eyed Jarrod Bowen as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah, with the winger linked with a move to Saudi Arabia.

Football Transfers claim that the West Ham attacker is on Liverpool’s list of potential targets if the Egyptian forward is to leave Anfield for a blockbuster move to Saudi Arabia.

Bowen has been in electric form for West Ham this season and is in contention to return to England’s squad for next month’s international fixtures

And the former Hull City star is now wanted by Liverpool, with Bowen a potential option for Jurgen Klopp if Salah is to leave the club in the coming days.

Praised by the Liverpool manager himself as an ‘unbelievable’ player, Bowen’s Premier League record could make the England international an ideal player to replace Salah.

However, given just how good the Liverpool winger is, replacing Salah could be an almost impossible task, with Bowen having huge shoes to fill if a transfer was to happen.

Not even Bowen could replace Salah at Liverpool

Salah is arguably on par with Steven Gerrard as Liverpool’s greatest-ever player in the Premier League era, and replacing the forward would be near-impossible.

Whilst Bowen is a great player and has proven himself well with West Ham, the 26-year-old could fall short of replicating what Salah did at Liverpool in his six years at the club.

As a result, signing Bowen might not be enough for Liverpool, who could need two players to replace the void potentially left by Salah this window.
