Real deal:Three Kaizer Chiefs players have agreed contracts with the Orlando Pirates.

Kaizer Chiefs are expected to bring in new players before August. Three experienced players from Orlando Pirates should be considered.

KAIZER CHIEFS SHOULD LOOK AT THESE ORLANDO PIRATES PLAYERS

Due to ending contracts, a couple of players will be leaving Orlando Pirates after 30 June. Furthermore, Amakhosi also will be parting ways with a few experienced names. This will leave the team with plenty of young players like Mduduzi Shabalala, Samkelo Zwane, Mfundo Vilakazi, Wandile Duba and Donay Jansen. As a result, Kaizer Chiefs will need to bring in a couple of experienced heads to form a balance in the team.

What’s better than players who are not only highly in the DStv Premiership, but are also familiar with the pressure of a massive club?

Here are three names from Orlando Pirates that will make some Kaizer Chiefs fans disagree.

The 33-year-old forward is due to leave the Sea Robbers when his deal expires on 30 June. Erasmus could be a massive mentor to the likes of Shabalala, Jansen and Vilakazi. At 33, Erasmus has the brains and wisdom to improve Kaizer Chiefs.

ZAKHELE LEPASA

Lepasa, aged 27, is at the prime of his career right now. The Soweto-born star was the DStv Premiership and Orlando Pirates’ leading scorer before a fallout with coach Jose Riveiro. Kaizer Chiefs would benefit a great deal with his experience and big personality. Plus who does not want a Bafana Bafana international?
