Even though some of the rumors about a Miami Heat trade are unlikely to materialize, it is still beneficial that they are constantly circulating. After all, the teams that receive the least amount of attention in the NBA are the ones that are not very important. The rumors of a Miami Heat trade simply indicate that more people are aware of Pat Riley’s team’s championship potential.

Zack Buckley of Bleacher Report made a trade proposal this week that, under certain circumstances, might work with the Heat. But first, let’s talk about the actual agreement.

Not a bad deal all around, at first blush. The Heat get a versatile, two-way wing player who can shut down foes on the perimeter and knock down open shots as a third or fourth option.
