LeBron James garnered a lot of media attention when he talked about his son Bronny James, who is almost ready to make his college debut at USC. The Lakers forward, who is right to emphasize that family always comes first, told reporters last week that if he has a game when Bronny is scheduled to make his debut, he’ll “catch [his teammates] next game.”
However, Danny Green, James’s former teammate, has a daring theory about how things might really turn out. Green stated that he believes LeBron would attempt to attend the USC game and play in his own game if necessary because he feels the future Hall of Famer is too much of a “workaholic” to miss a game.
LeBron James] is such a workaholic, I don’t think he believes himself when he was saying it… He’s going to try to do both if he can,” Green said while joining
For good measure, Green, along with hosts Michelle Beadle and Lou Williams, all agreed that if James were to miss a Lakers game to see his son’s debut, it would be a complete non-issue.
But James navigating two late-night tips for both USC and the Lakers while managing to make both happen would be a pretty incredible sight if he did opt to attempt it.
