Zach LaVine of the Chicago Bulls is a player that the Los Angeles Lakers are rumored to be interested in, but he may face more competition.
He may be the easiest to acquire, even though he is not their main trade target.
Shams Charania stated, “The Sixers are continuing to look at the marketplace,” on FanDuel TV’s “Run It Back” program on December 21. “Observe their collection of assets: three tradeable first-round draft selections. They are under a lot of contracts. Thus, two names to keep an eye on are Zach LaVine and OG Anunoby, players Philadelphia has tracked and expressed interest in.
The Minnesota Timberwolves, whom LeBron James referred to as the “best team” in the Western Conference, defeated the Lakers when he was not playing. However, James voiced his dissatisfaction with the way things were going this season well in advance of that defeat.
They were higher on Lavine’s teammates, Alex Caruso and DeMar DeRozan, which is one reason they wanted to proceed cautiously with any trades this season.
“Zach LaVine is attracting serious interest from the Bulls, based on conversations I’ve had in recent weeks. However, I believe it is reasonably priced, Jovan Buha of The Athletic stated on the “Hoops Tonight” podcast on November 28. “They seem to be more interested in Alex Caruso and DeMar DeRozan, actually,” I’ve heard.
For Buha, Austin Reaves is not part of the “right price.
The Bulls’ recent success is the problem the Lakers are facing in that regard. In their last 11 games, Chicago has won eight of them when Caruso, DeRozan, and LaVine were on the court.
