Patrick Dorgu, an 18-year-old prospect from Lecce, is apparently a target for Liverpool, who are considering a move to sign him. The Merseyside giants are reportedly prepared to make a move for the Nigerian-born Danish young international who last season led Lecce to the Primavera title, the highest honor an academy player can receive in Italy, according to CalcioMercato. A product of the famous FC Nordsjaelland academy, Dorgu only moved to Lecce last summer where he has exclusively played for the U-19s, making 38 appearances in total and scoring four goals. And now, Liverpool are interested. According to the Telegraph, Dorgu has reportedly attracted the attention of Liverpool scouts as the Anfield club seeks to enhance their academy ranks with some young prospects from throughout Europe, with the Danish youngster being an option.
