Philippe Clement has been in charge of Rangers for only a few days, but it seems that Todd Cantwell has made a very good impression on him.
Todd Cantwell joined Rangers from Norwich City in January 2023.
Cantwell did well during his time at Norwich in England, and big things are expected of the player former Celtic striker Chris Sutton has feuded with on social media.
The 25-year-old has had injury problems, but he was in action for Rangers against Hibernian at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.
Rangers beat Hibernian 4-0.
Cantwell provided an assist.

Rangers manager Philippe Clement has been impressed with Cantwell, but he has made it clear that, like all other players, the English midfielder will have to show it on the pitch.
Clement said about Cantwell, as quoted in RangersReview: “I don’t like to speak so much about individual players because I want to see a team.
“I will see the next weeks, the next months, who are the players who push themselves to be in that team.
Todd is somebody with a lot of potential, with a lot of quality. I see other players that also have potential and quality.
“It’s about them showing themselves to be ready. But I think, to be honest, with all the games that we’re going to play, all the guys who are today on the game sheets, they will play.
“Next couple of months, they will play and we will need them all to be at that top.
“And we with the staff, together with the players, we need to work really hard to make all of them top
In my opinion, Todd Cantwell is one of the best midfielders in the Scottish Premiership and will prove his class at Rangers.
Cantwell is only 25 now, and I believe that the English midfielder is going to get better and grow as a player in the coming years.
The midfielder did very well when he was at Norwich.
Cantwell was successful in the Championship with the Canaries and also did well for them in the Premier League.
In 45 appearances in the Premier League, Cantwell scored six goals and gave two assists.
Cantwell has made three starts and two substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Rangers so far this season.
The 25-year-old has given one assist in those games.
