Team Line-up: Confirmed Leeds United line-up against QPR Indicating Possible win after substitution…..

Leeds United will be looking to return to winning ways against Queens Park Rangers this evening.

The Whites produced their most disappointing performance of the season on Saturday as they were comfortably beaten 3-1 by Southampton.

Daniel Farke opted to go with an unchanged starting XI at St. Mary’s from the one that defeated Watford 3-0 seven days earlier, though in hindsight, that proved to be a mistake.

As such, it is likely that Farke could make changes this evening in order to keep his squad fresh, with another home match on the horizon against Bristol City at the weekend.

Goalkeeper

Illan Meslier is one of three Leeds players to have played every minute of every league game so far, and keeps his place.

Defence

Farke has a big call to make as to whether to start Sam Byram, as if he does, it is likely he will be on the bench against Bristol City.

In order to hand him more recovery time, Farke may opt to leave Byram on the bench this time around, bringing Luke Ayling in at right-back, and moving Jamie Shackleton over to the left.

£11 million man Joe Rodon is almost certain to come back in at centre-back alongside Pascal Struijk, meaning Liam Cooper drops to the bench.

Midfield

Ethan Ampadu produced his most disappointing display in a Leeds shirt on Saturday but remains crucial at the heart of midfield.

It is not so certain as to who partners him, as Glen Kamara was solid enough in a poor team performance on Saturday, but Archie Gray and Ilia Gruev are both pushing to start.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if Gray is brought back in from the start after two matches on the bench.

Jaidon Anthony simply must come in for his first start after another solid cameo as a substitute at Southampton.

He should replace Dan James on the wing, moving Crysencio Summerville over to the right, with Georginio Rutter and Joel Piroe making up the rest of the attack.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Meslier; Ayling, Rodon, Struijk, Shackleton; Gray, Ampadu; Summerville, Piroe, Anthony; Rutter
