Team Line-up: Leeds United confirm Line-up Against Bristol City after Daniel Farke substitution……

Daniel Farke will have a bit of a selection dilemma as Leeds United take on Bristol City in the Championship on Saturday, 7 October, at Elland Road.

Ahead of the game, the German, in his press conference, revealed that Jamie Shackleton will miss the game while Jaidon Anthony and Sam Byram are doubts for this one.

Jamie [Shackleton] will sadly miss the game,” Farke said. “His shoulder too painful. Needs further assessment. Bad news.”

“[Sam]Byram we have to see. Make a late call. Situation is better than last time. More and more in his rhythm.

“Joe [Rodon] is all right, he’s a warrior. No problem at all. Jaidon [Anthony] had a knock and he will be 50-50. Rolled his ankle. Much improved today and could train, but have to see.

With Byram being a doubt and perhaps not likely to be risked from the start, Pascal Struijk may move into left-back.

This means Liam Cooper will be at the heart of defence to partner Rodon and Luke Ayling starting at right-back.

In midfield, Archie Gray could make way for Glen Kamara who’s been exceptional whenever he’s been handed a start.

Anthony might not be risked either so Dan James could start on the left as he’s had good games there this season and will offer a goal-scoring threat as well.

It remains to be seen what lineup Farke goes for but this is a game where three points are needed come what may.
