The Darvin Ham situation has been reported comprising player agents, and the Los Angeles Lakers are on the point of a mutiny.

The Los Angeles Lakers office has become more frequently “annoying” with Darvin Ham.

The circumstances surrounding Los Angeles Lakers head coach Darvin Ham appear to be getting worse every day, and there appears to be a potential mutiny in his locker room as player agents intervene on behalf of their irate clients.

The Lakers had a lot of optimism going into their 2023–24 season. The organization believed they did not need to bring in well-known stars during the summer. Rather, they kept a large number of the starting players from the 2022–23 team that shocked everyone by making it to the Western Conference Finals the previous spring.

In head coach Darvin Ham’s second season leading the team, it was expected that they would be a force in the West. But like last year, the roster is off to a comparatively lackluster start. Two games below.500 (17-19) going into Sunday, they are presently outside the playoff picture.

Since some of the players from the previous season are not performing as well as they did in 2022–2023—as they continue to perform below expectations—the coach has resorted to experimenting with lineups in an attempt to find a winning formula. But some players find his frequent changes to the lineup irritating, and there are rumors that he might not finish the season as the Lakers head coach.
