Fluminense defender Nino ‘has an agreement’ with Nottingham Forest and a club director has confirmed his imminent departure.

The 26-year-old has bene heavily linked with a move to Forest ahead of the January transfer window, and two outlets in his native Brazil are reporting that a deal is agreed between Nino and the Reds.

Paulo Angioni, a Fluminense director, has also confirmed that Nino is about to leave. He told Charla Podcast, per Torcedores: “We have to worry about exits. We are going to work hard on exits. There won’t be many. I believe the departures will be punctual. Nino and André are players who are about to leave. We have to work in secrecy.
