The Lakers’ increasing engagement in trade discussions in recent weeks has demonstrated how highly they regard Austin Reaves, to the point where they essentially view him as untouchable.

Due to this, the Lakers will probably have to part ways with D’Angelo Russell even though he is having some of his best basketball this month. This has made the chase for Dejounte Murray more difficult. The fact that this run has occurred around a bit of

Regarding Murray, the inquiries are thought-provoking. Given that they seem to be among the front-runners, it seems a bit moot whether or not they should pursue him at this time.
