Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro had a 30-point performance Wednesday night against the Brooklyn Nets in another star display.
Still, it wasn’t enough to combat Brooklyn’s comeback victory, and the Heat lost their fourth consecutive game. Herro stressed the need for change, even just five games into the regular season.
“I thought the first three quarters weren’t perfect, but they were pretty good. We were in control and had the lead, but ended up letting it slip again,” Herro said. “We’ll watch the film tomorrow, and we’ll continue to get better. We can’t feel sorry for ourselves at this point in the year; it’s still early, obviously. But at some point, this has to matter to us, you know. We can’t keep losing games and think it’s okay.”
