The Miami Heat officially approved to acquire a $160 million wing by trading Tyler Herro the upcoming summer.

The Miami Heat might not be done even though they made a significant trade to acquire guard Terry Rozier.

Although unlikely, Jared Weiss of The Athletic believes a Jerami Grant-Tyler Herro trade is still feasible. Big or small, Weiss thinks Miami’s best course of action before the trade deadline is reached would be to find a wing.

Weiss wrote on January 24 that “if Miami makes a move, it seems like a big wing is the main priority.”

“Jerami Grant is the only one who makes sense; he can fill that defensive side need and has a contract comparable to Herro’s, which allows him to contribute comparable scoring and shooting efficiency.
