DONE DEAL: Tottenham gives their permission for the £10 million super star to move to Leicester this summer.

Even if Tottenham Hotspur is atop the Premier League, Harry Winks hasn’t turned around since making the decision to depart.

After leaving for Leicester City in the summer for a £10 million cost, Winks has now assumed a pivotal role for the league’s top team.

Under Enzo Maresca, Leicester have had an incredible start, and Winks is finally recognized for his contribution.

Conor Coady, his new colleague, called Winks “an incredible footballer” in a recent interview with The Telegraph.

Coady did take some time to laud Jamie Vardy, who seems to age nothing.

However, Winks’ praise could make some Tottenham supporters

Maresca had earlier stated, in an interview with local media, that “he was the first name I told them when I met the club.”

Harry is an amazing player with this approach, which is why he was the major player.

“I saw him in Italy last year, and I saw him at Spurs.” He’s a fantastic player with us and with our concept.

It’s possible that Tottenham regrets allowing Winks to depart for Leicester this summer.
Winks is now thriving elsewhere, so it’s tempting to conclude that Spurs made a mistake, but the transfer did seem to be the right one for everyone.

Over the years, Winks was on the fringe of Pep Guardiola’s squad, despite frequently being wanted by him.

Furthermore, since Ange Postecoglou didn’t seem to be a key player in his ambitions, it’s possible that he thought it was best to leave.

Furthermore, that exit might have given Tottenham the green light to approach Celtic’s Matt O’Riley.
