Norwich City have completed the signing of young full-back Guilherme Montóia.
The 19-year-old will join the club’s development sides after signing a two-year deal at Carrow Road with the club option of an additional year.
A product of the Benfica academy, Montóia progressed into their Under-23s, featuring in the Liga Revelação, as well as the UEFA Youth League.
Internationally, Montóia has made six appearances for Portugal at Under-20s level, featuring at various age groups.
Joining Norwich City, he said: “I feel very good [to sign for the club], it’s a historical club, a big club, so I’m very excited.
“It’s very important to know that you can reach your goal of getting into the first-team, so this is very important for me.
