VERY IMPRESIVE:Roberto De Zerbi and trillions of people explains what they likes about Wolves’

Brighton may have beaten Wolves 4-1 at Molineux on Saturday, but boss Roberto De Zerbi was impressed with his opponents.

Despite what the scoreline may suggest, Wolves played some very good football which at times looked incredibly advanced.

This can be clearly seen, as they created four big chances in the game, compared with Brighton’s five.

An impressive creative display which also saw a whopping 30 shots attempted, however only one goal.

Therefore the only issue seems to be finishing, and clearly the defence as well now.

De Zerbi on Wolves

Following the game, Gary O’Neil‘s opponent Roberto De Zerbi was seemingly impressed with the Old Gold‘s display.

Reported in the Birmingham World, De Zerbi suggested the scoreline looked inflated and didnt represented an accurate gulf in quality.

“I like Wolves, I think Wolves are a very good team. They showed quality in their performance and we knew it could be a tough game,”

“In the first half, it was very tough. I think we deserved to score in the second half [but] in terms of the credit of the result, I think it [made us look] better,” De Zerbi admitted.

Good things are coming to Wolves

You just get the feeling that sooner or later, Wolves will start to figure out how to get the ball in the net.

When this happens, they should see a significant uptake in form, as they already have a good team which creates chances.

Not time to panic yet, as O’Neil clearly has his new players believing in his vision, which explains the already organised attack.

Defensively however I do worry for Wolves and would love to see a defender arrive to sure up what is a rather shaky defence.
