West Ham set to ramp up pursuit of new players this summer including move for Ligue 1 players

Our Hammers have suffered a slow summer so far with no new major signings yet made, despite much expectation following the sale of Declan Rice to Arsenal earlier in the transfer window.

The club though are working to add to the squad for the new season, which officially commences in 12 days time when West Ham travel to the south coast to face Bournemouth in the Premier League curtain raiser.

It has been reported by ExWHUEmployee previously that the club are eyeing various positions across the squad to strengthen, with the French market being explored as well as players with Premier League experience.

It has now been reported that West Ham are set to ramp up our recruitment of player personnel, with moves now set to take place for Rennes left-back

and Monaco midfielder Youssouf Fofana over the coming days

As reported in the Daily Mail, the club will now explore these moves further following the little success to-date made in our pursuits for other players including James Ward-Prowse and Harry Maguire.
