Tommy Pham just joined the White Sox last week, but his stint in Chicago might be a short one.
The 8-26 White Sox are off to their worst start in franchise history and will be looking to sell at the end of July. According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today, the club is “still hoping to trade Pham to the highest bidder before the trade deadline.”

Pham signed a contract that includes $3 million in performance bonuses and has appeared in nine games since joining Chicago. The 26-year-old has 10 hits in 35 at-bats (.286) with a home run and three RBI
The Mets signed Pham before the 2023 season and he hit 268/.348/.472 with 10 homers and 36 RBI in 79 games for New York before he was shipped to Arizona at the trade deadline. There, he hit .241 with a .720 OPS, six homers and 32 RBI in 50 games, helping the Diamondbacks to a World Series appearance.
If Pham continues to preform well, he could get traded to a contender by July 30.
