The Mets’ season opener against the Milwaukee Brewers on Thursday has been postponed due to the likelihood of rain.
Rather, the teams will kick off the 2024 season at Citi Field on Friday at 1:40 p.m. The team stated that on Friday, tickets purchased on Thursday will be honored.
Season ticket holders have until 10:30 a.m. on Friday to switch their opening day tickets for another regular season home game.
