Leeds United saw a host of players depart in the summer following the club’s relegation from the Premier League. many, like Max Wober, left on a season-long loan move as part of clauses in their contract that allowed them to depart. Some, just like Wober, still have deals at Leeds beyond this season which means a decision will need to be made on their future.
Much will depend on the division Leeds are in, whether Daniel Farke wants to incorporate them into his squad and whether the player wants to return. Wober has been asked about just that.
Currently playing for Borussia Mönchengladbach, the defender is delighted to have made the switch away from Elland Road for this season, but is giving little away about what the future may hold beyond the current campaign.
