Alright, so much for starting a new job badly… On March 21, the Henderson Police Department greeted 14 new grads with warm arms, including Chasen Bradford. Bradford was taken into custody the day after. When the Henderson Police Department arrested him for driving while intoxicated, he was still in the probationary office. Bradford’s tenure on the force was regrettably brief, as he was taken into custody less than a day following his graduation. “On the evening of March 22, 2024, one of those (graduating) officers chose to drink and drive, resulting in their arrest by the Henderson Police Department.” In a formal statement, Chief Police Officer Hollie Chadwick stated.
The product of Nevada, Bradford appeared in 28 games for the Mets in 2017 and 58 games for the Mariners in the next two seasons. Perhaps coaching baseball would be a better fit for him.
